Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation for a full refund can be obtained until your order has been processed by the regional fulfillment center. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the reason for cancellation, and we will do our best to assist you!
Please be advised that the automatic fulfillment process with our fulfillment partners is highly optimized. Once an order has been placed, cancellation may not be possible. Make sure to carefully review your order and shipping information prior to placing your order.
Can I return my order for a refund?
Unused and unopened orders purchased from Roxley.com may be returned up to 30 days after the date of delivery. Item(s) must be in a "sellable condition" with shrink intact. Unworn apparel purchased from Roxley.com may be returned up to 14 days after the date of delivery. All apparel must be clean and free of any user damage or defect. All sale items are final sale.
Please contact us first at email@example.com prior to shipping anything back. We can't guarantee you'll be eligible for a refund if you ship something back without reaching out to us first. Shipping costs and/or duties paid are non-refundable and will not be refunded.
We appreciate you using as much of the original packaging as possible for your return shipment. We also ask that you package your return items well, so that they are not damaged during the journey. We cannot refund items which were not packaged well enough to survive the trip. We reserve the right to assess and deduct a restocking fee from your refund if the product is damaged, dirty, wet, or missing any parts.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to verify any damage and will refund the amount via your original method of payment. Please note that all return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Return shipping labels can be provided upon request, with the cost deducted from your final refund.
Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your refund to appear on your statement.
Roxley guarantees the quality of all our games - if you believe your game is defective, please submit a replacement request at https://roxley.com/pages/support-contact and we will take care of you. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, minor cosmetic defects that do not impact gameplay, nor damage caused by negligence, improper care or accident; however, we may offer replacement(s) at our discretion for a nominal fee and/or the cost of shipping.
