IMPORTANT: Please verify that your order details and shipping address are correct prior to placing your order. What if something happens to my order in transit?

Roxley has partnered with Route to provide premium package protection for your order! Adding Route's Package Protection to your order at checkout means your order is protected against loss, damage, or theft while in transit. Should anything happen to your order, you will be able to quickly file a claim through the Route team for an instant refund or reimbursement. If you experienced an issue with your order, please file a claim with Route’s team here.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are dependent on package weight and destination. Shipping charges and delivery times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

When will my order be dispatched?

Most orders are dispatched within 2-5 business days (unless otherwise specified on the website header or product description). Orders placed during the holiday season may take longer due to our fulfillment partners receiving a large influx of orders at once. You will receive a notification email when your order is ready to ship.

Orders to Asian destinations are fulfilled by VFI Asia. VFI Asia sends regional fulfillment shipments once per month to local hubs, who then contact customers directly to alert you when your order is in the country. Orders to these locations may take 3-9 weeks to arrive at local hubs, before customers receive tracking and further contact. If your hub has not yet received your shipment, VFI customer service can be reached at support@vfi.asia.

 

When will my order be delivered?

Roxely ships to a number of countries from different fulfillment centers around the world. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Please refer to your order confirmation email for the estimated delivery time after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on circumstances like distance, local holidays, and any other external factors outside the control of Roxley and our fulfillment partners. In the event that you believe your order has been lost, has arrived damaged, or if you have other concerns, please contact orders@roxley.com as soon as possible.
